Toon Doo is great for working on Visualizing with students.  In a cartoon (or graphic novel) the visual is to be READ carefully as the author will imbed many things that support and enhance understanding of the text.

Read Write Think (or Thinkfinity)

Check out Comic Creator (as well as hunderds of other interactives) that reinforce Reading Power strategies.

Scholastic website has some interesting "Computer Lab Favorites" as well as structured lessons that support Comprehension strategies.
